BOUNCY CASTLE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS

The instructions printed on this form are there to help your children have a fun time, and ensure their safety. Please read and follow the safety and rental instructions listed, use your own common sense and have a great time!

The hirer must be over the age of 18 and will be held fully liable for any damage or loss of equipment. The height of the users must not exceed the height of the walls of the inflatable.

1 The hirer will be responsible for the safety of the inflatable and the people on it.

2 The hirer will be liable to pay the full retail price for the repair or loss of
equipment.

3 The equipment must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

4 All extreme boisterous behaviour to be stopped.

5 Do not allow anyone to sit on the sides, climb, swing or hang from the walls, beams or step of the inflatable. This is for there own safety.

6 No more than 10 to 12 children on the inflatable at any one time. It is also advised that no mixture of age to be on together due to banged heads nosebleeds, etc.

7 No persons should use the inflatable under the influence of alcohol.

8 No footwear or any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects which could cause damage to other users or the equipment. i.e.(buckles, pens, purses, hearing aids, glasses etc.) should be removed.

9 No food or drink to be taken onto the equipment.

10 No persons on medication should be allowed on the equipment.

11 Should the equipment fail for any reason, all children should be removed immediately to prevent injury or possible damage to the equipment. Subsequently, no children should be allowed on the inflatable until it is fully inflated.

12 No person should interfere with electrical or petrol assisted equipment unless authorized by the owner.

13 No person should move the inflatable from the erected postion

14 The inflatable is not to be used when slippery

15 The inflatable is not to be used in the rain without the use of a raincover

16 The inflatable is not to be used in windy conditions (maximum wind speed 19-24 mph)

17 The inflatable is not to be used by adults unless the inflatable is a specific adult castle as specified by Hutchinson Hire

2. What notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book on the day, but to receive the castle of your choice it is best to book as early as possible.

3. How long do I get the castle for?
You can order the castle for a few hours or you can keep it all day, the price remains the same at a daily rate

4. What does the price include?
The price includes delivery (please have a look at the map to check if your area is covered), collection and inflation. The price also includes a rain cover if where stated. Additional delivery charges apply outside of these areas (Minimum Cost)

5. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, cash is paid on delivery of your castle.

6. What happens if it rains?
• All our units are designed to be safe in the rain and come complete with RCD circuit breakers, waterproof plugs and rain covers.
• You also have the option to cancel on the day with nothing to pay (please note, cancellation must be made before delivery). 

7. How does the castle operate?
All units run on an electric blower and 75 feet or 150 feet extension lead. These are supplied at no extra cost.

8. How much does the bouncy castle cost for me to run?
An average unit costs approximately between AUD$1.00 and AUD$2.00 for a days use.

9. Do I need to keep the castle plugged in?
Yes, while the castle is in use it needs to be switched on to keep it inflated.

10. How long does a castle take to set up and inflate?
An average unit takes approximately 5 minutes to set up and 2 minutes to inflate.

What safety measures have your castles got?
• All our bouncy castles have been triple stitched with reinforced beds for safety.
• All units have a safety step fitted and crash mats are available on request.
• All units conform to British Safety Standards and meet the flame-retardant requirements of BS5438/BS5308.
• All units come complete with RCD circuit breakers and waterproof plugs.
